Choose the pack that gives you the most items that you would use everywhere, in all kinds of parks. I think it all comes down to what kind of park do you want to build. You get a new entertainer too that you can plop down. Land Ahoy is the sister of Island Adventure, and comes with the benefit of not needing a body of water to be built on since it has it's own custom channel. The island adventure boat ride is another water ride, and is really awesome if you want to make a jungle cruise ride or Jaws type thing. The gold fever mining cart coaster is really cool, and you can use it for multiple themes like western, fantasy, pirate or some jungle type thing.

If you're big into vegetation, detailing with trees, bushes, want stuff like hippo and shark animatronics, enjoy Indiana Jones movie type scenery, traps, temple stuff, props, etc, the Adventure pack is the way to go. (I just would have really preferred a scenic railway or something) Rides: Probably the most solid ride selection of all dlc's, including some neat small flatrides, a freaking bobsled coaster, and a rather pointless wooden coaster, that does have nice trains. Scenery: Doesn't add much building pieces, and some seem oddly sized, but I love them, and the props it adds.
